It's Mer-May!

It’s Mer-May!!! 🐚 Kicking off the month with a little clownfish mermaid :) If you haven't heard of Mermay before, it's a fun art-challenge to create mermaids all of May! Let's see how many I can contribute this year!

Character Concept: Casey

This is my character concept art for Casey, a twelve year old boy who is known for his love of video arcades. He is the dorky younger brother of the main character in "Starcadia"; a group project my friends and I are working on. To create this digital painting, I worked off of a bio and art direction given to me by our team leader Zack Aller.

Created entirely in Photoshop CS5, based on an earlier sketch I made for the character!
